-Characteristics of charismatic leaders:
■ Have vision.
■ Are able to articulate the vision.
■ Are wrilling to take risks to achieve the vision.
■ Are sensitive to the enviroment and follower needs.
■ Exhibit behaviours that are out of the ordinary.
